Application Deadline
The application deadline is November 1st.
Booth Spaces
All Spaces are 10′ x 10′. Take advantage of our Early Bird Pricing. Pricing will increase by $5 beginning October 1st. Outdoor spaces are $50.00 each and are located on grass or pavement. Vendors may apply for more than one space. Heated spaces are $125.00 each.
Electricity
Electricity is $15.00 per device/circuit and is available on a first come, first serve basis. 110 VAC 15 Amp Single Phase is available. You must supply an extension cord to access electrical receptacles. Alternatively, you may use your own generator.
Set-up
- Set up time is 7am – 9am on Saturday, December 5th.
- Vendors MUST be SET UP and READY by 9am and STAY set up for the DURATION of the event. Early teardowns will not be tolerated.
- Please come prepared! This is a RAIN or SHINE or SNOW event.
- Tables, chairs, displays, cords and taping of cords are the responsibility of the vendor.
- Water is not available on site.
- Vendors are responsible for cleaning their space at the end of the day.
- All businesses and vendors MUST be licensed.
- All Non-Profit Organizations MUST have a tax-exempt number and sell food and/or craft items.
- All food sales vendors MUST be licensed and have a Lebanon City One Day Temporary License or a non-Profit Eating and Drinking License. Non-Profits selling baked goods are covered under the Winterfest Event license.
- Because musical entertainment is provided as part of the market experience, vendors are not permitted to amplify recorded music from their stand.
