Application for Appointment to the Board of Trustees

For the above reasons, I would like to be appointed to the Board of Trustees of Coleman Memorial Park. I understand that my application must be approved by the existing members of the Park Board and issuance of an Order from the Court of Common Pleas of Lebanon County. I understand that appointments can only take place when a vacancy exists on the Board. Also, I understand, if appointed, I can subsequently be removed for failure to adhere to regularly attend Board meetings (first Tuesday of each month, 6:00PM). The Board may also remove me for conduct deemed detrimental to the Park and/or the City of Lebanon. I understand that I can resign my position at any time.
