Application Deadline

The application deadline is September 18th.

Booth Spaces

All Spaces are 10′ x 10′. Vendors may apply for more than one space. All vendors are asked to provide a free family friendly activity within their space. Electric is not provided.

Set-up

• Set up time is 8am – 10am on Saturday, October 10th.
• Vendors MUST be SET UP and READY by 10am and STAY set up for the DURATION of the event. Early teardowns will not be tolerated.
• Please come prepared! This is a RAIN or SHINE event.
• Tables, chairs, displays, cords and taping of cords are the responsibility of the vendor.
• Water is not available on site.
• Vendors are responsible for cleaning their space at the end of the day.
• All businesses and vendors MUST be licensed.
• All Non-Profit Organizations MUST have a tax-exempt number.
• Vendors are not permitted to amplify recorded music from their stand.
